Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use pettysales.com or send a purchase. Petty Sales is an independent Mexico City archive. We are not Chrome Hearts, Enfants Riches Déprimés, or any other house whose name appears on a piece.
The catalog
Photographs are of the actual piece in the archive. Condition is vintage unless a grade is marked. Size is shown only when the studio has confirmed it. Captions and designer names describe the object. They do not mean we represent that designer.
The amount on the piece is the asking price. The PDF invoice after confirmation is what you pay.
A purchase
Submitting a purchase is an offer. The studio may accept, substitute, or decline if a piece has already left. A contract exists when we send an invoice and you pay it.
Do not treat the bag as a hold. Pieces can sell while an unpaid bag sits in the browser.
Payment
Pay the invoice by PayPal or Mexican bank transfer. There is no card checkout and no Shop Pay on this site.
